I don’t know about the elements but try searching Window Imagery in Wuthering Heights. You’ll get some interesting stuff.

erm i dunno if this will help but there’s a quote in the book where Bronte is describing Wuthering Heights and that ‘alms are craving for the sun’ or something but i guess you could say that the alms craving is exactly like Heathcliff reaching or craving for Cathy. I’m sorry its not very thorough but its been a year since ive studied it in school! and i cant remember much else!
